1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket to Be You Brand Live 2026 (the “Event”), you (“Attendee”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket.

2. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of personal plans or scheduling conflicts
Inability to attend due to illness, travel disruption, or other personal circumstances
Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the Event
Partial attendance or early departure

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in full.

3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another individual only with prior written approval from Be You Brand. To request a transfer, you must:
Submit a transfer request to our team at least 30 days prior to the Event
Provide the full name, email address, and contact information of the intended transferee
Receive written confirmation of approval before the transfer is considered valid

Unapproved transfers will not be honored at the door. Be You Brand reserves the right to deny transfer requests at its sole discretion. Ticket transfers are not permitted within 30 days of the Event start date.

4. Event Changes & Modifications
Be You Brand reserves the right to make changes to the Event at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to:
Speaker lineup, session topics, or schedule
Venue, room assignments, or layout
Event format, including the addition or removal of programming elements

Such changes do not entitle Attendees to a refund or any form of compensation. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.

5. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that Be You Brand Live 2026 is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances within our control, ticket holders will be notified via the email address provided at purchase and offered options at that time.

In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances outside our control (see Section 10: Force Majeure), Be You Brand’s liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.

6. Admission Policy
Be You Brand reserves the right to deny entry to any individual who cannot verify their identity or ticket. Entry is subject to availability and compliance with all Event policies. Be You Brand Live 2026 is open to individuals 18 years of age and older.

7. Photo, Video & Media Consent
By attending Be You Brand Live 2026, you grant Be You Brand and its designees an irrevocable, royalty-free license to photograph, film, record, and use your image, voice, and likeness in connection with the Event for any purpose, including but not limited to:
Social media content and marketing materials
Promotional videos, reels, and highlight content
Website, podcast, and press coverage
Future event promotion


8. Intellectual Property & Recording Policy
All content presented at Be You Brand Live 2026, including presentations, workshops, coaching sessions, speaker materials, and any recordings made by Be You Brand, is the sole intellectual property of Be You Brand or the respective speaker. All rights are reserved.

We love that you’re inspired — feel free to share your personal takeaways, photos, and experience on social media. However, the actual content, sessions, and materials from the Event belong to us. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any Event content in any form without prior written authorization from Be You Brand.

Attendees are encouraged to apply knowledge and insights gained at the Event within their personal and professional lives. However, all frameworks, methodologies, presentations, materials, and content delivered at Be You Brand Live 2026 remain the sole intellectual property of Be You Brand or the respective speaker. Attendees may not reproduce, repackage, or commercialize any such content — in whole or in part — as their own original work, including but not limited to incorporation into courses, programs, coaching offerings, or products offered for sale. Any unauthorized commercial use of Event content may subject the violating party to legal action.

9. Release of Liability
By attending the Event, you agree to release and hold harmless Be You Brand, its founders, team members, speakers, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
Personal injury, illness, or death occurring at the Event
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
Any actions or statements made by speakers, sponsors, or other attendees

Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk.

10. Code of Conduct
Be You Brand Live is a professional environment built on respect, inclusion, and empowerment. All Attendees are expected to conduct themselves accordingly. Be You Brand reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the Event, without refund, for behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:
Harassment or discrimination of any kind
Disruptive or threatening behavior
Violation of the recording or intellectual property policy
Any conduct that compromises the safety or experience of other Attendees

11. Sponsors & Partners
Be You Brand Live 2026 may include sponsors and promotional partners. The presence of sponsors does not constitute an endorsement of any specific product, service, or company by Be You Brand. Attendees engage with sponsors at their own discretion. Be You Brand is not responsible for any transactions, representations, or interactions between Attendees and sponsors.

12. Force Majeure
Be You Brand shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government orders, venue closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such events, Be You Brand will communicate with ticket holders as promptly as possible regarding next steps.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
